International Holocaust Remembrance Daytime (January 27)

International Holocaust Remembrance Day, is an international memorial day on 27, January commemorating the victims of the Holocaust. It commemorates the genocide that resulted in the death of an estimated 6 million Jews, 1 million Romani, , mentally and physically disabled people, 9, gay men by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. It was designated by the United Nations General Assembly 60/7 on 1, November during the 42 plenary session. The resolution came after a special session was held earlier that year during which the Together General Assembly marked the 60 anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camps and the end of the Holocaust.

National Jet HIV/AIDS Awareness Afternoon (February 7)

National Dark HIV/AIDS Awareness Morning (NBHAAD) is an HIV testing and treatment community mobilization initiative for Blacks in the Joined States and across the Diaspora. There are four specific focal points: Earn Educated, Get Tested, Get Involved, and Get Treated.

The European Celebration Organisers Association (EPOA) is the network of European lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and intersex (LGBTI) Movement organisations There are several days in the annual calendar when the LGBTI community and their allies come together to attention on one section of the community, to hoist awareness, remember those who’ve gone before, and disagree hatred and discrimination. NB: We are in the process of adding links to this page. At present, not all links are active.Some other dates are relevant to organisers of Pride events.
