About Alyssa Edwards
Alyssa Edwards is a Texan drag queen.
Alyssa began her career in drag pageantry, winning titles such as Miss Lgbtq+ USofA and Miss Gay Texas America. In , she linked season five of RuPaul's Flamboyant Race, where she became instantly famous for her candid testimonials, outrageous tongue-pops and quirky character. Four years later, she returned to the show, placing 4th in the second edition of RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars.
Her persona has been hailed by The Times as 'the scathing queen above queens' and she has established herself on stages in North America, Europe, Asia, Central America and South America. Johnson also teaches dance in her hometown of Mesquite, a suburb of Dallas, where she runs the Beyond Belief Move Company dance studio.

The contest between the two seemed a petty bit artificial and became stale very quickly. I was bored with the two before episode two even aired. But as moment went on so did the feud. It seemed enjoy the producers were scrambling for something to put on the air and unfortunately for us, this was the best they could do. Their fights were sporadic and way too intense to be believable. Also, their fights were affecting some of the other girls and their performances. Granted it is a match and everyone should be focusing on themselves but these two were out of hand.
